You can request a return if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items: Innerwear, personal care products, gift cards, and clearance sale items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

Step 2: Share images of the product showing any defects or damage.
Step 3: Our team will review your request and approve the return if eligible.
Step 4: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the item back.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund:
Refund Mode β Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
Processing Time β Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after product inspection.
Shipping Charges β If the return is due to a defective/damaged item, we will refund the full amount, including shipping charges. Otherwise, return shipping costs may apply.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please place a return request and reorder the preferred item separately.
Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can initiate a return instead.
