Refund & Returns Policy

At Arora Family Wear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the guidelines below before requesting a return.


Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

✅ The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Innerwear, personal care products, gift cards, and clearance sale items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund:

🔹 Refund Mode – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
🔹 Processing Time – Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after product inspection.
🔹 Shipping Charges – If the return is due to a defective/damaged item, we will refund the full amount, including shipping charges. Otherwise, return shipping costs may apply.


 Exchange Policy

🔄 If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please place a return request and reorder the preferred item separately.


 Order Cancellation

✅ Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
❌ Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can initiate a return instead.


Late or Missing Refunds
